CECILIA PECK

Cecilia Peck directed and produced the Emmy Award-nominated feature documentary Brave Miss World (2013) and the Academy Award-shortlisted documentary Shut Up & Sing (2006), about country music superstars The Dixie Chicks.  She produced A Conversation With Gregory Peck (1999), a personal portrait of her father, for TCM. As an actress, she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for her performance in The Portrait (1993) and played the leading role in Torn Apart (1990), among others.  She performed with the Martha Graham Dance Company in American Document, the last ballet choreographed by Miss Graham. A graduate of Princeton University, she has been contributing editor at Premiere Magazine (French edition) and Moving Pictures Magazine, and has served on the jury at the Aspen Shortsfest.
